As part of the Salesforce Community, I help people grow into Salesforce architects and help architects grow into stronger leaders. Many of the people I work with are developers, admins, and consultants. Some are "accidental architects" who already make architectural decisions and want to make them intentionally. As AI changes how we build, architectural thinking matters more, and I want it to be practical and accessible to everyone.

Teach. I explain the reasoning behind architectural decisions, not just the answers, through videos, blogs, and training on this site and my @SteveTechArc YouTube channel.

Grow. I help people take their next step, whether that's moving from a developer or an admin toward architecture, or from architect toward leadership.

Multiply. The most rewarding moment is when someone I've helped starts helping others by teaching, mentoring, speaking, or organizing. As a co-founder of Architect Dreamin US, I work alongside other community builders to make that possible.

AI is helping us build and deploy Salesforce solutions at unprecedented speed. But the same advances that make builders more productive also make it easier for adversarial AI to find vulnerabilities and gaps in our configurations.

In my session, I'll explore what that means for architects and developers, and why security needs to be part of the AI-driven development and DevOps loop, not something we check at the end. We don't need to slow AI-driven development down. We need the architecture, governance, DevSecOps practices, and automation that let us move fast safely.

Architect Dreamin' 2027: Orlando, February 9–10

Architect Dreamin' is heading to SeaWorld Orlando, Ports of Call, on February 9–10, 2027, and I'm leading the effort.

Architect Dreamin' is a conference for architects, by architects. It has thrived in Europe, and I was honored to help bring it to the United States for the first time in 2025, then again in 2026. Organizers from nearly 15 other Community events joined us in person, a strong sign of how much this community supports each other.

Attendance is intentionally limited to support meaningful discussion, collaboration, and connection, so you'll spend two days learning alongside other architects, not just sitting in sessions.
