My mission is to foster the development of technical skills and cultivate emerging leaders in technology. Throughout my Salesforce journey, I've transitioned from a hands-on tech expert to a role of educator and advisor. I'm deeply committed to imparting knowledge, unraveling the complexities of the platform, and steering aspiring architects on their professional path. Witnessing my students' moments of clarity and their subsequent achievements, such as earning certifications and career progression, is immensely gratifying.

Teaching and sharing insights have always been my passion, and I aim to broaden this impact through insightful videos on my @SteveTechArc YouTube Channel, as well as through the video libraries and blogs on this site.

An Amazing January 2025 & January 2026 for the Architect Community

Architect Dreamin’ has continued to thrive in Europe, and I was honored to help bring it to the United States for the first time in 2025, then repeated in 2026. As the organizing team, we hosted an event that brought together Salesforce Architects from around the world. One of the most inspiring moments was seeing organizers from nearly 15 other Community events participate in person— a true testament to the strength and dedication of the global Salesforce Community.

Architect Dreamin’ is coming back to the US in 2027! We also have a new website, check us out at Architect Dreamin’ US.

As Co-Founder of Cactusforce (with Marisa Hambleton), we proudly hosted the 8th Annual Cactusforce Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, in January 2026. This event has grown into a premier gathering for the Salesforce Community, bringing together architects, developers, and technical leaders for deep-dive sessions and collaboration. This year’s conference was another fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and strengthen our community.

From September 4, 2023 to January 26, 2024 I embarked on an ambitious challenge: to release a video every day for 100 days, pausing only for weekends and holidays. I’m proud to share that I met the challenge and now have over 122 videos live.

The videos I’ve put together are geared towards supporting those on their Salesforce Architect journey. These are more than just tutorials; they are a conduit for sharing my experience, tips, and hands-on demonstrations with the broader Architect Community
